The following three ingredients concern me most: Retinyl Palmitate...
Remember the treats that I talked about in one of my recent posts? Well, I decided that it was time to review one of the health and beauty related products from that post. This Works: Stretch Mark Oil is kind of rocking my world right now. Before I get to the reviewing business, I should probably make it known that I've never used stretch mark oils or vitamin E oils as directed. Most directions suggest using these oils five or six times a day to achieve optimal results. My few lingering stretch marks left over from puberty don't...
I'm just gonna go ahead and warn everyone: this post is about to be a link fest. The pretty glass bottle that my Burt's Bees Vitamin E Body & Bath Oil came in has inspired me to buy more glass bottles for storing homemade health and beauty products. My friend Chuck told me about two really neat websites where I can find glass bottles for next to nothing (SKS Bottle & Packaging, Inc. & Sunburst Bottle Company), and I'm pretty pumped about it. I always forget about until I'm at a cookout and the only stuff available is Off! I usually just suck it up and let the bugs bite me. Living Foods Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil- This is a definite upgrade from the jar that I just finished (which had a picture of shrimp on the label, and was found tucked between the olive and vegetable oils in Walmart).
I rarely make a long-term commitment to any health and beauty product, but those listed below have a special place in my heart and in my beauty regimen. 1. Desert Essence tea tree oil mouthwash- Let's get real, natural toothpastes don't actually do much for bad breath. Flossing and brushing are great for making my teeth look clean, but mouthwash is where it's at if I want to talk close to someone's face (and I do). I love the way this stuff tastes, and it makes my breath downright pleasant. 2. Spring Valley tea tree oil (that walmart jurnt)- Can you tell...
