Do you take biotin?

I used to take biotin religiously, but I must’ve failed to restock after running out at some point and then forgotten about it completely. I do that a lot. As someone who is trying to maintain long, healthy hair, I recently started taken it again. I tell myself it’s helping, but who really knows? I’ll believe almost anything written on a hard plastic bottle (not really).

How about you? Do you take biotin, or do you rely on fruits and vegetables for that sort of thing? If you do take it, then do you think it’s making a difference your hair and nails?

I have a hair appointment next Tuesday, and I’ve convinced myself that I need bangs. Imagine that! I’d really appreciate some help in the way of advice on particular bang type. I’m having trouble deciding which kind of bangs I want and, more importantly, which kind would look best.

Which of these bangs would be best suited to my face shape/facial features?

Am I an idiot for even considering a DIY Brazilian wax?

I’ve gotten a Brazilian wax before. Honestly, I was more annoyed by how expensive it was (around sixty dollars after tip) than how much it hurt. Once the initial swelling and pain subsided, I was very happy with the results. It grew back much more slowly than I anticipated, and that’s never a bad thing. It’s about time I had it done again, and I’ve been toying with the idea of doing it myself. Is that ridiculous? Have I lost my mind? I think I need guidance. All I know is that I’ve got a new bikini and it’s the kind that makes you realize that it’s time take action.

Any tips or advice from anyone who has ever attempted an at-home waxing would be very much appreciated. I have no idea what kind of kit to even buy. I’ve read several tales of DIY waxing in preparation. Some are terrifying, and others are encouraging. If you think this is a horrible idea, then I probably need to hear that too. I used to cut my own bangs. I wish someone had reprimanded me sooner:
