Price-$22 for a 0.11 oz tube, which I find pretty reasonable since I’ve recently come to see the value in a good lipstick.
Performance– This lipstick, which is a shade called ravish, isn’t as bright a shade of red as it seems like it would be in the tube, but I’m okay with that since bright reds don’t exactly flatter my skin tone. It’s a pretty, deep red with shiny pink undertones. It’s surprisingly moisturizing, and since it contains stevia, it’s actually pretty sweet…which make licking my lips far too enjoyable. As for the staying power, I was impressed. I applied a coat of Vapour Organic Beauty’s Elixir Plumping Gloss over the lipstick, and my lips held the color for a good two hours at least. I’m wearing the lipstick and the gloss in the picture below.
Scent– vaguely tropically fruity
Rating– I’m subtracting a .5 for the unspecified oils, so 9.5 out of 10. I subtracted no more than that because essential oils aren’t a big concern of mine.
Would I purchase this item again? I would.
