Tell Your Friends:

I took a yoga class a few months ago, and I was very fond of the entire experience. I told myself that I was going to continue to do yoga regularly after the class ended. Of course, I was lying to myself.  I bought an interactive yoga DVD from Wal Mart, but it was overall a big disappointment.  Most of the poses were frustratingly simple, and the whole workout only lasted about twenty minutes.  I should have done more research before making a purchase, but I frequently get impatient and spend unnecessary money before taking rational and logical steps.

Recently, though, I’ve been feeling (for lack of a better word) turdy.  I blame a lot of it on my somewhat sedentary lifestyle.  Aside from occasionally walking the dogs and walking to and from tables at work…I don’t exercise at all. Nothing about that is ok, and I plan to make things right this summer. I am going find a better yoga video, get some air in my bike tires, and try out jogging.

This is my very own yoga mat inside my very own yoga mat bag.

My sister made this lovely yoga mat bag for me for Christmas.  I should be ashamed of myself for keeping it in the top of my closet.  I am bringing this bad boy out for the summer.

I have gangly limbs, but look at my sweet bike!

Before having this picture taken, I literally had not been on my bike for at least two years. What a shame.

There are so many things about this post I love. First of all, your admitting you haven’t been on your bike in two years gives me the courage to admit I’ve never been on my bike. It’s sitting in my closet, missing a tire. It’s so cool, but honestly I’m afraid I’ll fall off of it. Let’s change that together please.

Secondly, that side pony is too cool for school.

I would love to ride bikes with you, and summer time is prime side pony time!
