Did you know that the benefits of cranberries are significantly weakened when the fruit is mixed with sugar? Talk about a letdown. After reading the sad news, I was determined to make a sugar-free cranberry snack. I will not be deprived of the phytonutrients I deserve! Initially I tried just eating the berries raw, but they were seriously too tart to be enjoyable. So last night, with the help of my sweet mom, I made a batch of homemade cranberry stevia lemonade using a recipe for cranberry juice I found. We left...

Most of the samples I receive are more on the beauty side of health and beauty, so receiving the vitamin chews and energy shots I'm about to share with you guys was a nice change of pace (and a tasty one, at that)! If you like yellow Starbursts, then you'll love these . That's exactly what they taste like! They're not only delicious, though. Link to Thoughts on Wake Me/Relax Me Beverages

I've been drinking Celestial Seasonings Perfectly Pear White Tea over ice for the past few days, using either local honey or stevia as a sweetener. I think that it's lovely, and Danielle says it tastes like...

credit: katerha Lemonade is probably second favorite beverage that's not very good for me (Horizon Organic Chocolate Milk is my number one favorite).  I'll occasionally tell myself that it is a fruit juice since it's made from the juice of fruit, but in reality lemons don't do my body nearly enough good to make up for all the...

Link to Zevia is pretty tasty.

I drink a lot of water. When I'm not drinking water, I'm usually drinking fruit juice, herbal tea, or black coffee.  I swore off regular soda a few years ago after reading some really awful things about high fructose corn syrup (and settled for the occasional Mexican Coke), and I've never cared for the taste of artificial sweeteners that are in Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi (or the heath risks associated with them, for that matter).  I did some research on before purchasing Zevia Natural Diet Soda for the sake of making an informed decision, and...
