I am of the opinion that any tea is worth trying, but I've also learned over time that all teas are not created equally.  Some brands are consistently impressive, and others cost much more than they're worth.  Lately I've been reading about the pros and cons of buying loose tea instead of bagged tea (and vice versa), and, for the most part, what I've read is very much in line with my own observations. Loose tea is often praised for its superior flavor, while bagged tea...

I rarely regret my decision to avoid shampoo, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't occasionally miss the scent of freshly-washed hair. Hair that smells like nothing can get pretty boring, and without that just shampooed look/feel/scent, I often forget when I last used baking soda and apple cider vinegar. Link to Tea Tree Oil is a pretty effective deodorant.

I've been swiping a little tea tree oil under my arms for the past few days with a cotton swab instead of using deodorant, and I think I'm going to make a habit of it. The strong scent (which is pretty reminiscent of licorice) fades within ten minutes, and it keeps my armpits fresh until nightfall. I was a pretty huge fan of the that I'd been using, but I feel about as okay with  putting tea tree oil on my skin as I do baking soda, and tea tree...
