I'll be 23 on August 19th. Instead of comparing myself to all the people who were already wildly successful in their fields by the time they were my age, I think I'll share a list of things I want instead. Sound good?

You had me at organic cotton.

A dream and a half.

Whether it's because we share a name or...

Link to A Quick Fix for Puffy Eyes

Yesterday I awoke to the puffiest eyes imaginable, and I was pretty bummed out about it until a I came across Keiko Lynn's most recent Makeup Monday post. I love Keiko's sense of style, but I tend to skip over her Makeup Monday posts since natural products are not her top priority. However, when I saw that yesterday's post focused on travel skin care, I decided to check it out since traveling light with toiletries is kind of a foreign concept to me.

Link to Sketchy Sunscreen vs. Good Old Fashioned Shade

Lately I've come across a few articles that have caused me to question my former faith in sunscreen. So can we talk about sunscreen for a minute?   What we know and what we're learning: Chemical Sunscreens are both unstable and unsafe, especially those containing oxybenzone (unless you like your hormones good and disrupted). Nanoparticles are no picnic either, and they have no place in mineral sunscreens masquerading as safer alternatives. Retinyl Palmitate, a form of vitamin A, has been shown to speed the development of tumors in sunlight. Still, it's added to 1/4 of all sunscreens. Avoiding sunlight completely and/or bathing in sunscreen...

Remember last year's Beach Necessities post? Well, today I'm back with an updated list of items required for a sufficiently fun day in the sun.

1. Big Towel- Who will be there to comfort you when your upper lip won't stop sweating or you get sand in that cut on your foot? Big towel, that's who.

3. Books- Reading is like...
