When I heard about W3ll People on the , the product packaging was what initially drew me in. Can you blame me? It’s smart, clean, and perfectly simple. However, after receiving a few of their products in the mail for review, I quickly realized that the company had much more to offer than dreamy branding. Today I’ll be reviewing the first of three amazing W3ll People products I’ve been wearing lately: the Universalist Multi-Use Color Stick.

Some great things about this product:
1. It’s free of parabens, petrochemicals, glycols, silicones, and talc.
2. It’s made with organic ingredients.
3. It’s cruelty-free.
Product Description(provided at w3llpeople.com)- “For the person that wants it all, this fabulously utilitarian product combines multi-use color, powerful organic antioxidants and easy application in one simple stick formula. Choose from a vibrant array of color options that you can quite simply stick anywhere.”
Price– $33, which isn’t too shabby for a product that can easily be used as a blush, a lipstick, and an eye shadow.
Performance– I received the #5 Universalist Stick in the mail for review, and while it looks brown on the website…it’s actually much more of a rich red in person. I love products that can effectively serve several purposes, and this multi-use stick does just that. A dab or two on my cheeks results in a natural-looking pink glow, and a coat or two on my lips makes them a flattering, deep red. Just for fun, I even put the tiniest bit on my lids a few times, and I was pleased with the results.
Below, I’m wearing the Universalist Stick on my cheeks and lips (and looking particularly fancy). I’m also wearing a light coat of Nudist Lip Shine (#1) on my lips over the the Universalist Stick and a bit of Narcissist Foundation/Concealer (#2) under my eyes. I’ll be reviewing those guys tomorrow and Monday!
Scent– Each of the products I received from W3ll People has a woodsy, herbal scent that reminds me a little of some Aveda Products. It’s quite pleasant and not at all overpowering.
Rating– 9.5 out of 10. I subtracted .5 for the grapefruit seed extract (but no more than that since it is only grapefruit seed extract, after all).
Would I purchase this item again? Without a doubt.
