You guys might not know this about me, but until last night I had never tried brussels sprouts. I'm not an especially picky eater; I might even call myself an adventurous eater...so I'm not sure what took me so long. I knew I had to take the plunge when I saw a recipe on Pink Basil for roasted brussels sprout salad, and I knew I must do so immediately when I realized we had all the necessary ingredients aside from brussels sprouts....
