  Have you ever read the ingredients on a bottle of cheap nail polish? If you're lucky enough to have them listed (and are capable of reading the tiniest words you'll probably ever encounter), then you might be shocked by what you see. It wasn't until just before throwing out my old polishes and remover that I forced myself to look at the ingredients. One of the few recognizable ingredients on each bottle was formaldehyde resin.
