Last night I took the most wonderful bath imaginable. Here are the products that made it possible: DayNa Decker Botanika Essence Soak in Ella-I got a free bottle of Essence Soak in the mail recently for the purpose of trying and then reviewing, and I can't even begin to describe how great this stuff smells. Aside from shampoo, conditioner, and the occasional leave-in moisturizing treatment, I don't put many products in my hair. After smelling John Masters Bourbon Vanilla & Tangerine Hair Texturizer, though, I knew that I had to at least try it. 1) Melatonin- I take one 3 mg pill of these bad boys about thirty minutes before I get in the bed. Since melatonin is a hormone that the body (more specificially, the brain) already makes, I don't feel guilty about taking them to help me sleep. Word to the wise, do not take these unless you plan on getting eight or more hours of sleep: any less and you might feel surprisingly hungover. Also, in most situations I opt for the natural version when given the choice between natural or synthetic, but when it comes to melatonin it's probably safest...
