In case you're interested, here's the Mushroom Ragu recipe we used. We substituted the chicken broth with Not Chick'n Cubes, and we managed to find organic heavy cream.   Danielle, Kirby, Kyle, and I finally weeded the garden. It needed it. Danielle and I did some light gardening a couple of days ago, and now I have a rash.  My stepfather pointed out some Poison Ivy close to where we were gardening, and I've used logic to determine that I probably have Poison Ivy.
