Pictured above is my delicious breakfast from Wednesday. It consisted of 1 cup of black coffee, two delicious (albeit mangled) organic fried eggs, two pieces of Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat toast topped with homemade peach jam, and a mixture of black beans and goat cheese.
