Thanks to this little guy, my nostrils and the surrounding area have never felt less blocked. Kirby has terrible allergy problems, and he said that he could breathe better than he had in years after using it the first time. 1) Melatonin- I take one 3 mg pill of these bad boys about thirty minutes before I get in the bed. Since melatonin is a hormone that the body (more specificially, the brain) already makes, I don't feel guilty about taking them to help me sleep. Word to the wise, do not take these unless you plan on getting eight or more hours of sleep: any less and you might feel surprisingly hungover.
