As someone who refuses to watch the news, who abhors meeting new people, and who cringes at the mention of 2012, I can honestly say that I'm one of the most fearful people that I know. I've never cared for that flaw in my personality, and I've recently started to hate it.  So, logically, I'm going to something about it.  I'd guess that about 97% of the things that I worry about cannot be prevented, changed or stopped by me. That's ridiculous, and it's also really bad for my health. Did you know that people who worry about things that...

yoga, bike-ridin, and experimental jogging

I took a yoga class a few months ago, and I was very fond of the entire experience. I told myself that I was going to continue to do yoga regularly after the class ended. Few things in life satisfy me more than buying a pretty new dress. (One of those few things is getting a new movie/series disc in the mail from netflix, but I digress.) Call me materialistic, and you'd probably be right, but I love the hell out of a dress. So, I have decided that going on a dress-hunt is what I am going to do with my day off of school. If you're lucky, I'll post pictures of the gem that I may or may not...

I, John, am what most people would consider a waste of talent. This is something that I am trying fix. Here, for you readers, I have compiled a list of endeavors that I have, pursued, tried, failed, and/or given up on: embroidery(mawmawin' it up) crossword puzzles cooking/baking riding bikes writing poetry(GAG!) watching reality television(because anything can be a hobby if you do it often enough, right?)Also, I had a plant once and decided they were not for me.Hopefully crafternoons (afternoons devoted to crafting) with D is for Delicate will be a step in the right direction. I may even accidentally discover...
