What you see above is a smoothie that I recently created. It’s not just any ol’ thrown together smoothie, though. It’s a blueberry banana muffin batter smoothie, and it’s absolutely delicious.
To make your own, blend the following:
-1/2 cup oatmeal
-3/4 cup almond & coconut milk blend (I used Blue Diamond)
-1 banana
-1 blueberry muffin larabar
-3 cubes of ice
