Remember the Culinary Lavender that was one of my birthday gifts? Well, I probably forgot to mention that it came with a recipe for lavender herb butter, but it definitely did. A softened stick of butter, a teaspoon dried chives, two teaspoons of dried lavender, and another teaspoon of dried parsley were all I needed to make a batch of the butter, so after buying a loaf of rustic Italian white bread (because what good is butter without bread?) on Tuesday, I did just that! It has been a hit around our house, and I’ll probably make another batch soon after we finish the first.
Doesn’t it look tasty? Do you guys have any other recipes that involve lavender? I’d love to hear them.
